Redknapp salutes veterans

Harry Redknapp saluted his veteran strikers after Kanu and Andy Cole scored the goals that consigned West Ham to their sixth consecutive defeat and put Portsmouth back on the winning track at Fratton Park.

Cole sealed the points with a superb 82nd-minute strike - just six minutes after replacing Benjani Mwaruwari - on the eve of his 35th birthday after Kanu, 30, headed Pompey in front in the first half with his sixth goal of the season.
