Rafa insists rotation won titles in Spain

Rafael Benitez insists his rotation policy was the decisive factor in winning the Spanish title when he was boss at Valencia.

He has repeated that he will not change the system now he is manager at Liverpool, having not fielded the same side for 94 consecutive matches.
