Heinze back for United

Gabriel Heinze returns to the Manchester United squad for the first time this season for tomorrow's Premiership trip to Reading.

The Argentinean full-back has not played for Red Devils since returning from the World Cup less than fully fit, but his availability could not be better timed as Mikael Silvestre is ruled out with a twisted ankle.

Ryan Giggs (hamstring) and Park Ji-Sung (ankle) also miss United’s first visit to the Madejski Stadium but Alan Smith and Nemanja Vidic are available.
