Pompey trio push for debuts

New Portsmouth signings Niko Kranjcar, Andy Cole and Manuel Fernandes are all pressing for their Premiership debuts against Bolton on Monday.

The trio were given Carling Cup run-outs in midweek, but manager Harry Redknapp is reluctant to change a winning team in the league.

Unbeaten in five games and yet to concede a goal, Pompey can equal Chelsea’s two-year-old record of clean-sheet starts to a season.

Redknapp has no significant injuries in his squad but may shuffle his pack on the substitutes’ bench.
