Longford Town hope to snap up former Dublin City striker David Freeman this week after signing Damien Brennan at the weekend.

Longford Town hope to snap up former Dublin City striker David Freeman this week after signing Damien Brennan at the weekend.

Brennan joined Longford from the now defunct Dublin City and manager Alan Mathews hopes to add Freeman this week as he looks for a replacement for the departed Andy Myler.

Freeman has hit four goals for Dublin City this season and is desperate to remain in the Premier Division.
