Fortune turns down Hoops
Former Manchester United midfielder Quinton Fortune has turned down the chance to sign for Celtic to remain in the north-west of England.
The South Africa international met with Hoops boss Gordon Strachan and chief executive Peter Lawwell recently and underwent a medical in Glasgow.
But the 29-year-old has rejected the one-year deal offered to him by the Glasgow club and is now likely to sign for Bolton or Manchester City in the Barclays Premiership.
