Chelsea are expected to complete the signing of Michael Ballack after announcing the Germany international will appear at a press conference at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.

The 29-year-old is out of contract at Bayern Munich and Blues manager Jose Mourinho has long been the favourite to secure his services.
