Teemu Tainio is the latest cause for concern as injuries threaten to undermine Tottenham’s final push for a place in the Champions League next season.

The Finland midfielder completed 90 minutes against Arsenal on Saturday but there are fears he has fractured a toe, with Spurs waiting for the results of a scan.
