Defoe praises Jol's man-management

Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe has praised Martin Jol for forming a strong bond with his squad at White Hart Lane.

Defoe, 23, has found himself on the bench for parts of the season but he remains impressed with Jol since he took over as boss in 2004.
