Tugay a doubt for Rovers

Blackburn’s on-loan striker Florent Sinama-Pongolle is ineligible to play against Liverpool on Sunday while midfielder Tugay is also doubtful with a calf injury.

Tugay missed the draw at Portsmouth last weekend and is struggling for the game at Ewood Park.

Rovers manager Mark Hughes is expected to keep much the same side but Shefki Kuqi may come in for Paul Dickov up front.
