New anti-tout law closes World Cup loophole

New legislation which closes a loophole allowing some World Cup tickets to be legally touted comes into effect in Britain today.

The law makes it a criminal offence for anyone in England and Wales to re-sell tickets for any game in the tournament, not just the ones in which England are already scheduled to play.
