FIFA rules out retrospective action on divers

FIFA have ruled out allowing video evidence being used retrospectively to punish players who dive.

Football Association chief executive Brian Barwick has written to the game’s world governing body asking for video evidence to be used, but FIFA are unwilling to allow the move.
