Defoe joins Keane up front

Martin Jol handed striker Jermain Defoe the chance to reinforce his England hopes by pairing him with Robbie Keane in an unchanged team against West Brom at White Hart Lane.

Egyptian striker Mido was again left on the substitute’s bench as Jol opted to keep faith with the side which beat Birmingham at St Andrews.
