Lyon and Milan progress

Lyon gained revenge for their elimination at the hands of PSV Eindhoven last year by dumping the Dutch side out of this season’s Champions League with plenty to spare at the Stade Gerland tonight.

A 1-0 victory in the first leg in Eindhoven, courtesy of a Juninho free-kick, had made Les Gones clear favourites heading into the return tie in France.
