Middlesbrough striker Mark Viduka returns to the squad for tomorrow night’s UEFA Cup clash with Stuttgart after recovering from a virus.

The Australia international will be joined by defender Ugo Ehiogu, who has recovered from a hamstring problem, and frontman Massimo Maccarone, who missed out on the first leg in Germany after breaking his nose in training.

However, defender Emanuel Pogatetz is suspended and midfielder Fabio Rochemback faces eight to 10 weeks on the sidelines with ankle ligament damage.
