Sweden coach Lars Lagerback has confirmed he will pick the strongest squad available ahead of the March 1 clash with the Republic of Ireland at Lansdowne Road, Dublin.

The coach’s decision means the Lansdowne Road faithful could see the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Freddie Ljungberg and Henrik Larsson in Steve Staunton’s first match in charge of Ireland.
