Ill Allardyce misses Bolton flight

Bolton manager Sam Allardyce was absent as the squad left Manchester airport this morning ahead of the UEFA Cup clash against Marseille tomorrow.

Allardyce, who is suffering from a chest infection, was also forced to skip the pre-match news briefing.
