Holland doubt for Addicks

Charlton midfielder Matt Holland faces a late fitness test before Sunday’s Barclays Premiership derby at Tottenham.

Holland was forced off with a thigh strain during Tuesday’s goalless draw against West Brom and has been told to rest before the trip to White Hart Lane in the hope he will recover in time to play some part.

Dennis Rommedahl is still struggling with a cracked rib and is expected to return to training next week, while boss Alan Curbishley adds Talal El Karkouri to his squad after the Moroccan defender returned from international duty at the African Nations Cup.
