Quincy quits Gunners for Spartak

Arsenal have allowed Dutch youngster Quincy Owusu-Abeyie to join Spartak Moscow for an undisclosed fee.

The Gunners offloaded the talented 19-year-old forward, who has signed a permanent deal with the Russian club, after recruiting Emmanuel Adebayor and Theo Walcott recently.

The Dutch Under-21 international moved to Highbury from Ajax in 2002 and made 23 first-team appearances for Arsenal, most of them in the Carling and FA Cup.
