Alan Curbishley insists speculation linking him with the England job will have no impact on the way he operates at Charlton.

The 48-year-old Addicks manager is one of the home-grown managers being touted as a suitable successor to Swede Sven-Goran Eriksson, who will stand down after the World Cup this summer.
