Tottenham coach Martin Jol has injury worries involving his main central defensive pairing ahead of their Barclays Premiership clash against Aston Villa at White Hart Lane tomorrow.

England international Ledley King continues to play through the pain barrier with a persistent groin problem while partner Michael Dawson has a shin injury.

Although Spurs will also be without striker Mido and defender Noureddine Naybet because of the African Nations Cup, Jol is boosted by the return to fitness of midfielder Andy Reid, who returned to training this week following knee ligament problems.

Paul Stalteri is suspended after his sending off against Liverpool last weekend.

Provisional squad: Cerny, Robinson, Lee, Tainio, Gardner, King, Dawson, Carrick, Jenas, Davids, Brown, Kelly, Defoe, Keane, Rasiak, Lennon, Routledge, Reid.
