Non-league side Tamworth came within 10 minutes of pulling off a major shock in their FA Cup third-round replay tonight, but eventually lost 5-4 on penalties to Coca-Cola Championship side Stoke, who now host Walsall.

The Lambs, 21st in the Football Conference, scored through Nathan Jackson in the 42nd minute but Paul Gallagher snatched an equaliser in the 80th minute with a close-range overhead kick.
