Diouf returns for Trotters

El-Hadji Diouf should return from suspension to give Bolton added firepower for their Barclays Premiership clash with Liverpool at the Reebok Stadium.

The Senegal striker was badly missed at Manchester United and manager Sam Allardyce will expect a big performance from a player who is due to depart shortly for African Nations Cup duty.

Bolton picked up no fresh injury problems during their Old Trafford mauling but a booking for Kevin Nolan means he will be suspended for next weekend’s FA Cup tie at Watford.
