Pericard set for Pompey after Blades recall

Striker Vincent Pericard looks certain to figure for Portsmouth at Tottenham on Monday night after being recalled early from loan at Sheffield United.

Richard Hughes (tonsilitis) and Gregory Vignal (groin) are both available as Harry Redknapp takes charge of his first match in his second stint as Pompey boss.

Redknapp admits, however, he will rely heavily on tips from coach Joe Jordan who took charge of defeats by Chelsea and Manchester United as he does not know “half the players here.”

Skipper Dejan Stefanovic plays despite suffering ankle trouble while Gary O’Neil, Matt Taylor and Lomana Lualua look definite starters.
