Burton confirm home tie

Burton Albion have confirmed they will play their FA Cup third round tie with Manchester United at the Pirelli Stadium on January 8.

The kick-off time has yet to be decided.

The game will take place on a Sunday to avoid being played on the same day as Derby County v Burnley as Burton’s stewards are used at Pride Park.

United have already played at Burton this season, losing 2-1 in a match to mark the opening of the stadium on November 14.
