Robson: Robinson deserves England chance

West Brom manager Bryan Robson has claimed defender Paul Robinson “is a better player than Wayne Bridge” and would not let England down if called into the squad by Sven-Goran Eriksson.

Robinson is currently suspended after his sending-off against Fulham in the Carling Cup but prior to that the left-back had been in outstanding form.
