Leeds' Healy may need surgery on ankle injury

Leeds United have revealed that striker David Healy may need surgery on his ankle injury.

The Northern Ireland international has been nursing the injury for more than a month and was due to see a specialist today to assess the extent the damage.

Leeds manager Kevin Blackwell said: "We're not sure what the problem is or whether he will need surgery to resolve it."
