Italian striker thinks over Spurs move

Italy striker Cristiano Lucarelli is considering a move to Tottenham before the transfer window closes on Wednesday.

The Livorno skipper, the top scorer in Serie A last season with 24 goals, told Teletext: “I can’t deny there have been contacts. Up until now I have not considered any offers of a move but now I am going to take 48 hours.”
