Drogheda United refuse to play on Dundalk pitch

Drogheda United manager Paul Doolin has insisted his side will refuse to play Dundalk at Oriel Park this Friday claiming that the new artificial pitch Dundalk have installed is dangerous.

The two sides are due to meet in a televised FAI Cup third round tie in what will be the grand opening of the new Oriel Park pitch after six months of delays.
