Drogheda may have had the better chances, but neither side deserved to win a poor match that really only came to life in the second half.

Drogheda had the better of the first half with Declan O’Brien twice coming close with headers, both from Jermaine Sandvliet crosses.

Kevin McHugh and Martin Lauchlan came close for Harps after the break before O’Brien was narrowly off target again for Drogheda with the best opening on 72 minutes.
