Thierry Henry reiterated his desire to stay at Arsenal for as long as he is wanted by the club as he insisted wage demands would not derail his ongoing talks over a new contract.

Henry, 27, has two years left on his existing deal, the same as Rio Ferdinand, who is understood to be still holding out for more than £100,000 a week at Manchester United.
