Faye completes Bolton move

Bolton have completed the signing of Abdoulaye Faye after the Senegalese defender was granted a work permit.

The 27-year-old has joined on a season-long loan from Lens, with a view to a permanent move.

Bolton boss Sam Allardyce told the club’s official website, www.bwfc.co.uk: “I am delighted Abdoulaye has signed. He will be a great addition to our squad.

“He’s a versatile player with proven experience in France and possesses the right character to play in what is the toughest league in the world.”
