Manchester City will not let Shaun Wright-Phillips talk to Chelsea until they have agreed a fee for the England winger.

Wright-Phillips, 23, has asked for permission to speak to the Barclays Premiership champions after pulling out of City’s friendly at Macclesfield this afternoon.
