Fans arrested during anti-Glazer protest

A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said a number of arrests had been made following a protest at Old Trafford stadium tonight as the club’s controversial new owners visited their new property.

She said: “Officers are at Manchester United’s football ground where protesters have been gathering throughout this evening.
