Basement boys Harps look to rise against Blues

Finn Harps will be looking to climb off the bottom of the table when they face Waterford United at Finn Park.

John Minnock has recovered from a hamstring injury and will start for Finn Harps, though Ian Rossiter is sidelined with a similar injury.
