Former Tottenham director of football David Pleat claims Frank Arnesen has been "rather disloyal" to Spurs by telling them he wants to join Chelsea.

Spurs yesterday suspended Arnesen, claiming he had been the subject of an illegal approach from the Barclays Premiership champions.
