Keeper ready to return for Sunderland
Mart Poom has been declared fit for Estonia’s World Cup qualifiers next month - boosting his chances of playing a part in Sunderland’s top-flight campaign next season.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper has been out of action since October with a knee problem but has been given the all-clear to link up with his national squad for the games against Liechtenstein and Portugal on June 4 and 8.
