Alex Ferguson is convinced Ruud van Nistelrooy’s return to form will help fire Manchester United to FA Cup glory in Cardiff this weekend.

The normally free-scoring Dutchman has endured a difficult campaign, suffering hernia, Achilles and heel injuries which have limited him to just 23 senior starts.
