Savage to miss visit to Birmingham

Robbie Savage will miss Blackburn’s trip to his old club Birmingham tomorrow because of an agreement made at the time of his transfer in January.

Rovers agreed not to play Savage in the fixture so Garry Flitcroft is likely to start in place of the Welsh midfielder.

Paul Dickov is still sidelined with a knee problem so Jon Stead should keep his place in attack.
