Gerrard writes off Reds' Euro chances

Liverpool captain Steve Gerrard has written off his side’s chances of winning the Champions League this season.

Gerrard, who is suspended for tonight’s first leg at home to Bayer Leverkusen in the last 16, said victory in Europe’s premier club competition was unrealistic.
