Matteo worry for Rovers

Dominic Matteo is Blackburn’s only doubt ahead of Sunday’s Lancashire derby with Burnley in the FA Cup fifth round.

The former Scotland international is still struggling with the hamstring injury which kept him out of last week’s win over Norwich and it appears doubtful he will have recovered in time to make the short trip to Turf Moor.

It means Rovers boss Mark Hughes is expected to field the same side which romped to a 3-0 win over the Canaries as Blackburn look to seal a place in the last eight of the competition.
