Former Tottenham captain Ron Burgess, who led the club to the league championship in 1951, has passed away at the age of 87.

Former Tottenham captain Ron Burgess, who led the club to the league championship in 1951, has passed away at the age of 87.

The Wales international made 296 league appearances before moving to Swansea as player-manager.
