Craig Bellamy looks set to make his Celtic debut in the Bank of Scotland Premier League clash with Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the Caledonian Stadium on Sunday.

The on-loan Newcastle United striker missed the Tennent’s Scottish Cup win at Dunfermline over fears that the plastic surface could trigger his past injury problems, but he is pushing for a start after his two goals for Wales in midweek.

John Hartson picked up an injury on international duty and Stanislav Varga is tired after being away with Slovakia but both will travel and are expected to be fine for the game.

Didier Agathe and Stephen Pearson are still battling to recover from groin problems.

Provisional squad: Douglas, McNamara, Balde, Varga, Laursen, Petrov, McGeady, Thompson, Juninho, Sutton, Hartson, Marshall, Lambert, Maloney, Wallace, Lennon, Bellamy, Henchoz, Quinn, McManus, Lawson.
