Arsene Wenger enjoyed the best possible preparation for Wednesday’s trip to Newcastle with a comfortable win over Fulham.

The Arsenal manager does not believe that fatigue will play a part in the rest of the Christmas and New Year games because of a rejuvenated squad and says the best way to prepare for the next match is to win the previous one.
