Money talks, admits O'Leary

David O’Leary admits Aston Villa will have to offer big financial incentives to attract the top quality players he wants to sign during the January transfer window.

O’Leary is aiming to bring in two players to help Villa sustain their push for a top six spot with Nottingham Forest midfielder Andy Reid and Southampton striker James Beattie believed to be among his targets.
