Chester to make statement on Rush today

League Two side Chester City will make an announcement later today over the future of manager Ian Rush.

Rush has been at the centre of speculation linking him with the Wales job in recent days after the FAW asked for permission to speak to the former Liverpool striker about the post vacated by Mark Hughes.
