Mark Clyde has got the taste for international football – and wants more.

The Wolves right-back has been converted to left wing-back for Northern Ireland but you will not hear him complaining.

Clyde followed up a bright debut against Wales with a sound show in the 0-0 draw against Azerbaijan in a World Cup qualifier in Baku.

Now he is ready to make his bow at Windsor Park on Wednesday when Austria are the visitors.

Clyde is making good progress for country and club after coming through the U21 set-up.

He said: “I was not going to turn down the chance of playing even though left wing-back is not my normal position.”
