Nolan sets comeback date after ankle op

Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan hopes to return to action within a month following an operation on an injured ankle.

Nolan has been playing with the problem but decided this week’s international break was the ideal opportunity to have the surgery for the removal of flaked bone from his right ankle.
