Carsley driving Everton's good start

Lee Carsley is set to make his 50th start for Everton when they face Middlesbrough tomorrow – establishing himself as a regular for boss David Moyes.

The 30-year-old opted last season to end his international career to concentrate on winning his place at Goodison – and it barely created a ripple of attention.
