Sean Dillon capped a wonderful display with the only goal as Town made it four league wins on the spin to end Drogheda’s 11-match unbeaten run.

Dillon struck a minute before the break to head home at the back post from Philip Keogh’s free-kick.

Town then defended superbly in the second half as Drogheda failed to break them down.
